Who is
eligible and qualified to participate?
 | Must be an FPDA member in good standing
(80% of the group will also be YES members) |
 | Must be recognized as a key sales manager or leader for
his/her company |
 | Must have at least 3-5 years of business
experience |
 | Must be committed to actively participate
and contribute |
 | Must be nominated by the President of their
company |
Nominations will be carefully reviewed
to ensure high quality. Only 15 candidates will be accepted for the first
year. Those qualified, but not yet accepted will be placed on a waiting
list for future consideration. SEC members will be responsible for the
$1,750 annual participation fee and any travel or other related expenses.

How will the Sales
Excellence Council produce results?

Kickoff Meeting - At this one day meeting, SEC
members will receive basic training in Sales Process Engineering and get
right to work. |
 |
Discussion Forum SEC members will use a secure,
moderated, web-based tool to ask
questions, receive input and read about whats currently on the minds of
fellow members. |
 |
Preparation Each Council member will
think, plan and thoroughly prepare for each SEC event. |
 |
Web Conferences For three hours each month for a
year,
members will participate in a fast-paced discussion aimed at identifying and
solving key sales problems. |
 |
Face-To-Face Meetings The SEC will meet for a full day of face-to-face idea
interchange, strategizing and sales process enhancement in conjunction with
FPDA conferences. |
 |
Sales Knowledge Mine The collective wisdom of the
SEC will be thoroughly documented, organized and stored on a
secure Sales Excellence Council web site. |
 |
Focus Group Meetings
- The SEC will share selected insights into some of the results of its work with all
attendees at each FPDA conference. |
